Please note we process all the orders on the same day. the cut off time to process the same day orders is at 11:00 am. Please do let us know asap if you want to cancel an order as normally we process orders few times during the day.
Please ensure the address is correct for delivery, we wont be able to change the address once its dispatched from our premises..
We source our perfume from UK based wholesalers only. they supply to other perfume stores within the UK. As we wanted to be sure of authenticity of the items we do not use any third party or overseas supplier.
The packaging, shape of the perfume bottle.may differ then the advert as it may come with new packaging while we might have used old stock picture for the advertisement. we do ask our supplier to send the package in our behalf from their facility occasionally to avoid delay in processing the orders.
Although we try our best to mention the available quantity however we may go out of stock due to non availability of a particular perfume beyond our control.
We wont be able to refund until we have received the items back.
